Standard Air Delivery: All orders at Teamwear Factory are shipped via reliable air delivery services. This ensures your items arrive swiftly and securely.

Immediate Reporting Required: If any issues arise with your order upon delivery, please contact us right away. We strive for your satisfaction and will resolve any discrepancies as quickly as possible. Please note that claims for discrepancies made after 7 days of receiving your order will not be honored.

Express Shipping for Custom Orders: Custom orders are shipped via express delivery (2-3 business days) once the customization process is complete. Please be aware that selecting express shipping will not expedite the customization process itself. Custom orders are processed in the order received to maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail.

Physical Address Required: We require a physical address for shipping, as our shipping partners do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.

Refunds for Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us, we will refund the original payment method. However, the refund will not include shipping charges.

Force Majeure Clause: Occasionally, events beyond our control—such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen major incidents (referred to as ‘Events Outside Our Control’)—may occur. In these cases, our obligations under this policy are temporarily suspended, and the timeline for fulfilling our commitments will be extended for the duration of the event.
