Shipping method

Orders are sent using reliable air-delivery services so that finished apparel can travel quickly and securely.

Custom orders and timing

Custom orders are sent by express delivery, normally taking 2–3 business days in transit after customization and production are complete.

Express delivery shortens transit time; it does not shorten the customization or production process. Custom orders are produced in the order received so we can maintain our quality standards and attention to detail.

Shipping address requirements

Please provide a complete physical delivery address. Our shipping partners cannot deliver Teamwear Factory orders to PO boxes.

Check your delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged, or different from what you expected, contact us right away and within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and help.

Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the package and affected items when possible. This helps us resolve a delivery issue more quickly.

Returned packages

If a package is returned to us, any eligible refund is made to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Events outside our control

Extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier disruption, and other major events outside our reasonable control can delay production or delivery. Our affected obligations are suspended during the event and the delivery timeline is extended for as long as the disruption continues.
